A1. It's FREE to place or search ads.

A2. TO PLACE AN AD...Once you are registered, make sure you are logged in. Then click on one of the MAIN four categories in which you want to place an ad. You will see a link that says SUBMIT AD. Click on that link and an ad template will appear. Just complete that form and click the OK button. Then your ad will appear.

A3. TO MODIFY or DELETE a RENTAL AD, make sure you are logged in. Then go to INTO your specific ad listing. If you look along the title bar, you will see the words "modify|delete" on the right side of the title bar. Just click on "modify" to change your ad, and "delete" to remove your ad.

A4. TO RENEW YOUR AD - You can renew your ad up to five (5) times. Wehn you receive the expiration-renewal email, then log in and then VIEW your ad. You will see "Days left until expiration.. 5 (or the number of days)" and a text link that says "PROLONG". You just click the word PROLONG, and the ad is renewed and the word PROLONG disappears until the next expiration date.
